Residential Electric

Residential Water
To determine your residential water rate, take your water base price ($46.88 per month) and add:
- $0.02590 per cf for the first 1000cf
- $0.03273 per cf for the next 500cf
- $0.03946 per cf for all additional

Outside City - No Discounts
The City of Port Angeles also supplies water to limited areas outside the city limits. Other specific customers outside city limits have a different flat water rate. Please contact Customer Service at (360) 457-0411, or email utilities@cityofpa.us for more information.
For your outside city water rate, take your water base price ($70.32 per month) and add:

Stormwater
For commercial / multiple property, the rate is calculated by dividing the total impervious area in square feet by 3,000 square feet, multiplied by the annual fee of $228.67. The minimum fee for commercial / multiple property shall not be less than the annual fee of $228.67, and the maximum shall be not more than fifteen times the annual fee of $228.67.
