For those interested in renting this facility, please see the calendar below and select the "Request Reservation" button to begin the rental process. Your time must include setup and teardown, otherwise the space will remain available for reservation during such time. Rentals occurring right after another are not guaranteed to be cleaned by City Staff due to time constraints. All supporting details and documents must be uploaded with the initial reservation form, or a new form must be submitted.

Pricing varies between $35.00/hour and $50.00/hour depending on City residency status including setup & teardown times. Upon review of a submitted reservation form, a discounted Non-Profit Rate may apply for organizations verified as such. Please contact the Parks & Recreation Facility Coordinator for further assistance.

Step One:

Sign in or create an account (opens in a new tab) on your desktop (not mobile friendly). Once completed, move on to Step Two.

Step Two:

Navigate to the Facility Rentals page and select a facility of your choice.

Step Three:

Scroll down to select the "Request Reservation" button located at the top left of the Availability Calendar.

Step Four:

Input the desired start time *Must be at least 5 days in advance and within one year of the current date, reservations further in advance will be declined. *

Step Five:

Complete the online form and click “submit.” A copy of your submission will be emailed to the email address on file.

Step Six:

City staff review reservation requests during regular business hours. Please await confirmation of your event and further instructions from staff.
