[ARCHIVED] Notice of Virtual Public Hearings - Port Angeles City Council

Public Hearing  II

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Port Angeles will conduct public hearings on June 21, 2022 at 6:30 p.m., or soon thereafter. Listening and webcast options will be available at www.cityofpa.us  The City determined the meeting shall be held virtually when the June 21, 2022 City Council agenda was created on Wednesday, June 15, 2022. The City will hold virtual meetings when a meeting cannot be held with “reasonable safety”. “Without reasonable safety” means that the COVID-19 risk is Moderate or High, per the dashboard located at  https://www.clallam.net/coronavirus at the time the meeting is advertised.

The purpose of the first public hearing is to receive input on the Capital Facilities Plan (CFP) and Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) for 2023-2028.

The purpose of the second public hearing is to receive input on the revision to Port Angeles Municipal Code for the creation of a stormwater source control program and charge.

Written public testimony can be submitted to: council@cityofpa.us  Comments will not be read aloud but will be made a part of the record.  To provide pre-recorded messages to the City Council by phone, please call    360-417-4504. Messages received will be made a part of the final record. Comments should be received by   2:00 p.m. June 21, 2022.
