Do I Qualify? 

To find out if you qualify for the Free Weatherization Program,  please locate your Household Size using the chart below. Then, see if your household income is at or below the amount listed in the 200% column. If it is, please complete and submit the Free Weatherization Application to the City of Port Angeles. Attach to your application proof of income for everyone of working age in your home. Note: Tenants will also need to document that utilities have been in their name for at least 12 months.
