CASE UPDATE: Emil Elliott Swan, age 32, of Neah Bay, was charged as an Accomplice to Attempted Robbery 1. He remains in the Clallam County Jail.

Emil Swan, age 32, of Neah Bay voluntarily submitted to arrest and is now in the custody of Port Angeles Police Detectives.
CASE UPDATE: ADDITIONAL SUSPECT IDENTIFIED:
After reviewing the facts of the case, Detectives have determined that Emil Elliott Swan, age 32 of Neah Bay is also a suspect in the armed Robbery incident that occurred at a local hotel on March 2, 2022. As a result, Probable Cause has been established for the arrest of Emil Swan.

2022-3711: On Wednesday, March 2, 2022 just after noon a suspect wearing a blue bandana over his face who was armed with what appeared to be a handgun entered the lobby of a hotel near Second and Laurel and demanded money from the till. The suspect fled on foot after learning that there was no cash in the till and was driven away in a suspect vehicle.
