The Lincoln Street corridor is a key transportation route for the City of Port Angeles, and one of the City’s most active arterials. The City is beginning the preliminary design phase for the Lincoln Street Safety Project. The project area extends along Lincoln Street between 1st Street and 8th Street. The focus of this proposed project is to improve traffic and pedestrian safety.
The City has scheduled a public meeting for Wednesday October 10th from 4pm to 6pm at the Vern Burton Meeting Room for all in the community to learn more about the project. This will be an open house style forum where you are invited to talk with city staff and the project team about design alternatives. This is an opportunity for both residents, businesses, and interested stakeholders to share their thoughts and provide feedback on the project.
